Hey now! 

Seems like only yesterday that I was jet-setting back from a blissful month in Balinese ride paddies completing an advanced yoga teacher training course (oh did you miss that? You can catch up on my blog series adventures in yoga teacher training). 

So much has happened in the months I have been back, including some major life changes. Most notably: adopting a new kitten. 

Kidding! Well, adopting the new kitten (hi, Edi!) is true but one of the major life changes would definitely have to be that I moved to Hamilton! It was an incredibly exciting, challenging, emotional, frustrating, exhilarating and exhausting experience all at once but my husband and I finally closed on a super-rad property, which is now our new home and the soon-to-be new space for awesome and cozy home-based yoga classes. And you're invited!

To all my new Hamiltonian neighbours and pals, I am so excited to be here and can't wait to meet so many more of you. I love this city so much all ready and I can feel the love, creativity and community this vibrant city has to offer. To all my Toronto-based students, I miss you dearly but know that I'm not far! Really... you can get here from the time it takes to get from Roncy to the Beaches.
