My yoga practice was the gateway to a process of self-discovery and transformation. Several years later, I became curious about other tools and practices to help further my personal growth and gain clarity in my vision, so I started to study coaching. Coaching enabled me to develop purposeful direction in following through on the life I wanted for myself, and so I became a life coach and mentor to help others along their path.

I take a holistic approach to helping my clients get clarity about what they want for their life, why they want it and how to achieve it. This includes helping you identify and break through limiting beliefs you might hold about yourself to overcome feelings of low confidence, anxiety or insecurity.
We work together to identify your core values, align your actions to those values, and apply strategies and techniques to help you reach your goals and find better life balance.
