My yoga practice was the gateway to a process of self-discovery and transformation. Several years later, I became curious about other tools and practices to help further my personal growth and gain clarity in my vision, so I started to study coaching. Working with a community of coaches over the past year, I developed purposeful direction in following through on the life I wanted for myself. I became a coach to help others along their path.
Core Values Coaching
I take a holistic approach to helping my clients get clarity about what they want for their life, why they want it and how to achieve it. This includes helping you break through limiting beliefs you might hold about yourself to overcome feelings of low confidence, anxiety or insecurity.
We work together to identify your core values, align your actions to those values, and apply strategies and techniques to help you reach your goals and find better life balance.
I am currently available for limited remote life coaching sessions (live video calls using Zoom) through to the end of November. Next intake for in-person sessions out of Inland Island, a community wellness studio in Hamilton, ON, is December 2018.
