My goal as a teacher is to help you find your yoga through movement, meditation and self-inquiry. To encourage you to move in a way that feels good for your body and guide you through your own journey.
Using the physical practice of yoga as the foundation for my group classes, I offer plenty of modifications along the way to support students of all levels of experience and ability. By linking the breath to the movement, I encourage you to create a beautiful balance of softness and strength in the body, allowing for a meditative flow. I love yoga for its ability to help foster peacefulness, mindfulness, relaxation and rejuvenation for the body and the mind. There is nothing like the feeling you get when you walk off your mat after an awesome practice. I hope to share that experience with you.
